18. I had breast implants and a lift,i was a smoker and stopped jan of 08 for my surgery in june 08 i had no problems with my recovery. people if its a board certified plastic surgeon you will not have any problems, on the other hand if your not following the post op care instructions then you have no one to blame but yourself. and if you did your research on your doctor like checking with the BBB to see if any complaints were there or any lawsuits then you would have picked the appropriate doctor. I suggest you do your home work before picking a doctor and if you do don't blame them for your mistakes in not caring for yourself after surgery.
19. Helllooo out there:
I had a tummy tuck and the doctor I had went with is board certified and did an excellent job.
These people who do this kind of work are not doctors they are butchers.....they should be behind bars and never able to practice again.
What a bunch of loosers...and I am with the person that said they would of beat the #@$?! out of that so called doctor....they should be held accountable!!!!
20. People people people why do you not love yourselves for who you are? I had surgery 7 months ago for a tear in my knee and the doctor screwed it up and now I will never walk again without a limp. You cry babies are on here whining about your wrinkles? I was working 2 jobs to help support my family, neither job I can now do. You people elected to have these surgeries to "look" better. I just wanted to walk right which unfortunately I will never do. Boobs, botox, tummy tucks? You are who you are because it was Gods will. Maybe you pissed him off! Vanity is a bitch.

21. This is for the idiot who says that those horrible cuts were caused from poor post op care. You a moron I don't care what that lady did. Did you see those cut marks they weren't even right and staff infection of the bone is very rare it was caused by dirty instruments and that doctor should be stripped of their licens immediately.
22. First off, it's Staph, ya know like Staphylococcus...oh wait, you would know, you're a surgeon. Even if a patient didn't follow the after care of surgery, she still wouldn't get the infection she had and smoking just caused the wound to take more time to heal. The O.R. tools weren't sterilized. This unfortunate woman fell victim of medical errors. What would I know though, I'm just a measly nurse.
Good day.
23. Comment #10: You are a surgeon yet you can't spell or complete a sentence? Please give me your information so you can get me on the operating table stat!!
24. I just want to say that I had plastic surgery; a nose job and my eyes done. I did my homework, Dr. William O. Murtagh was board certified. He is a butcher; after two surgeries my nose still looks bad, my eyes-although the fat is gone; i have bad scars. I worked hard to save to have this done. I followed all post-op care, but the results were horrable. No other doctor in Toledo, ohio or surounding areas whated to touch it. I am so tired of getting ripped off. I tried to find a attorney-but no one would touch it. Rumors had it he was an alcoholic-lost his licence in Ohio, but has a practice in Napels Florida. Must be nice to butcher people and make tones of money doing if, while your victims have to suffer. I also feel sad for that women and which her lots of luck in recovering and hopfully she can get it fixed, but the problem is alot of times; like me, we can afford to get it fixed and have to suffer. Thank God he didn't kill me though!
25. I had work done by Dr. Adam and I'm a surgeon what happe to that lady is that she didn't care or follow the after care and that what happen and think its the doctor all you people that posting need to check your facts and yes if you have surgery and are a smoker your wounds will not heal right by ty
this Dr used dirty instraments this looks like Staff infection, I smoked for 45 years and had sugery It healed just fine.I'm glad neither of you cut on me.you don't care about the welfare of this Lady, Have you ever heard of "Staff Infection of the Bone" Cutting into bones with dirty saws can also cause people to loose bones due to dirty instraments,I know a lady who almost died from it.and no Attorney will touch it. and yes it's scarey.

27. Ok people. This woman developed a wound infection and the incisions had to be opened to drain. This is a known potential complication of any surgery. What counts is what it looked like about one month after these photos were taken. I bet these healed up fine if they were cared for properly. Hygiene and proper post-op care is EVERYTHING.
