• 64. The bad outcome is very unfortunate. However, these people are stupid to start bad mouthing a physician for it. A surgeon may do thousands and thousands of procedures in his/her life. If they have 1 or 2 bad cases in their career it does not say they are bad doctors. Death, necrosis and infections can happen after surgery and other medical treatments no matter what, and also depend on how the patient cares for their wounds afterwards, what their medical history is, if they smoke, take medications or supplements, and so on. Many patients don't reveal all their habits that can make a significance in how they heal. And everyone knows surgery is not risk free and this is a risk they take going under the knife. People love to blame others all the time, but need to learn to take responsibility.

• 67. Ladies, girls, women, females, (not discounting the guys but hey-we ALL know where the cosmetic surgeon is making his money) PLEASE-for heaven's sake learn to accept yourselves. Please embrace your God given qualities of compassion, creativity, intellect, passion, empathy, etc. etc. etc. When will we ever learn? For decades the beautiful women of the Orient allowed their feet to be bound, making them helpless and handicapped, because the males oif the society prized tiny feet. We walk on stilts, deforming our feet, not to mention the back pain, starve ourselves or, even more repulsive, force ourselves to vomit or defecate beyond huiman limits in order to be the thin ideal. Take your POWER, you females-REFUSE to be ruled or even touched by any man ignorant enouygh to overlook women with REAL beauty, personality and worth! Pam Anderson? YUCK a DUCK! GROW UP!

• 68. vanity is stupid. Anyone that would risk putting themselves thru this is an idiot. Why not try being a better person, doing some good in the world, instead of worrying about your breast size. In the end, it won't matter whether you were a B cup or a D cup but it will matter how you lived your life. If people don't accept you for having small breasts then they aren't worth having as friends or lovers. I just don't get it.

• 69. I found the doc who did my best friend's tuck and was her care giver after. I made her quit smoking a month before, made her wear her compression garments and even a month after quitting smoking she took much longer to heal than another friend who never smoked. But my friend didn't have the nasty wounds like these pictures, it just took longer and her scar is a little more pronounced than our other friend. Her tuck scar was evenly placed in a fold and not like the one in the pic.I plan to have the same doctor try some lipo to get rid of the fat in my granny chin, I don't want to look 42. I will not have my eyes done, ever. It's all about finding the right doctor and one who will say no to something if he feels it will not turn out right. This doctor did say no to my friend on a couple of things. It's about his reputation, not money.

• 71. My surgeon showed me pictures of these types of results prior to my surgery. He did so to demonstrate the reason he refused to operate on me until I had quit smoking completely. He made his point quite eloquently, to say the least. I waited and quit smoking. Nicotine causes the skin not to heal properly....even gum will lessen your chances of the best healing results. I am sorry for this woman and pray for a speedy recovery.

• 73. OH! How mindless Kimberly. People, Google Dr. Sydney Coleman and when the page pops up, click under "Complaints Board/Dr. Sydney Coleman. The man is a sadistic psycho path, who methodically selects victims to disfigure and experiment on. One patient talks of CBS....about to do a segment on his butchery, which for some mysterious reason, was pulled and never aired. These posts allow victims to find one another. Now Sydney has about three lawsuits being organized, by three different groups of his victims. So much for having done research, on the pioneer of fact injections promoted all over the world????

• 74. OH!Mindless Kimberly. People, just Google...Dr. Sydney Coleman and when the page pops up, click under "Complaints Board-Dr. Sydney Coleman. There are numerous stories of this butcher, who pioneered fat injections. I am one of his victims, thoroughly did my research and checked his credentials. CBS had a segment about to be aired regarding his butchery, only to have it canceled by influence, as one patient states. I checked his impecable credentials and hired him to only inject fat into fines lines around my eyes and plump my lips. The end result was.....protruding forehead....like a Cro-Magnon, square jawline, lopsided, grotesque and disfigured.Fat removed from one thigh and ankle area in what appears as an attempt to practice creating a more sculptured look. On one leg? Without my permission. Rather than attack the victims, how about those protecting these mutilators?

• 75. The photos do not all look like they are from the same person either. The abdominal suture in the first pic is horrible and needs revised. Also, if you have gaping abdominal wounds, it is your responsibility as a pt.to immediately inform your surgeon for proper treatment. You are your first and best advocate in healthcare.
