1. Awful hick town. Got a ticket for 7 miles over the limit at dusk. (Texas has different speed limits for night and day). Seriously?? If it weren't for the freeway the town woulda dried up to dust years ago.
2. I had first hand experience with this department. If the money is right and the name is important enough, the department will go to any lengths to please that individual. Money talks in this community, and buy offs run rampant. Lying and evidence tampering doesn't bother this group of people at all. Planted proof, no problem.
9. poor aaron....i used to like him, until he grew older but,i still like his songs, his songs are still the best, you people don't need to hate him! its not your his girlfriend or something.DON'T YOU EVEN FEEL SORRY FOR HIM? if you don't well i do..
10. <continued>
The department has made some very large busts in the past resulting in the confiscation of millions of dollars, the question is are all the drugs and money being confiscation actually reported? Many in the community do not feel so, which raises suspicion about how the sheriff is able to finance personal ventures. It goes deeper than the sheriff though and locals know this and who is involved. However to speak up will only end up placing your name in the weekly obits stating that death occurred by suicide.
Somebody please come help us!

11. <Continued>
Profiling occurs on a daily basis when it comes to this sheriff’s department. Getting stopped for going five miles over the speed limit or even less is very common. If a deputy sees an out of state vehicle or one with a driver who matches a profile, they find a reason to pull it over. Nobody would argue to do what it takes to remove crime from the streets when done properly and for unselfish reasons. However, this is not the case here.

12. Great exposure for Junction, TX.
We need help here to put an end to the corruption of the Sherriff’s department and other local offices. This sheriff took office when as a deputy; his sheriff allegedly killed his wife and then took his own, all under suspicious circumstances. This sheriff, on his salary has somehow had the ability to start his own construction business as well as others financing the ventures out of his own pocket. Folks, there is a lot of construction equipment we are talking about, all attained on a sheriff’s salary?
There have been suspicious deaths in the area in the past as well. All young, healthy individuals who for some reason allegedly took their own lives, though all had connections with drugs.
