I'm curious TMZ why so many old preg photos??? Most of those women have given birth already. Did you run out of people to chase down? Also why do you insist on insulting pregnant women all the time?

I really like this posting, I think Jodie Sweetin, Tori Spelling, and Jessica Alba look the best. Some of the other moms got really strange looking.
