1. Look at the top of Nicoles head you can see the gray roots and the dry split ends. She is fighting her natural curl to much. She does have naturally curly hair which looks very good on her. She should go a darker more natural color and goe with the curl instead of fighting it.

All these folks do look pretty unbelieveable--as in really good--but I have to agree that it helps to have lots of money...and excellent plastic surgeons, trainers, nutritionists, etc. I also agree that Nicole Kidman should let her hair go natural--she's been coloring and straightening it for so many years, it actually makes her look older than her age.

4. Nicole Kidman would look worlds better if she would quit bleaching her hair. She was magnificent with red hair and no climing onto the Hollywood Blonde bandwagon just makes her look like she needs sunshine and red meat. She is a beautiful woman, but the bleached look is not right for her. I think it makes her look invisible. C'mon Nicole! Do something more natural!

5. Seriously people thing Nicole Kidman is hot?? I think she is very unattractive, she looks like she has Jaundice her eyes are so yellow.... I have never really liked her and her age IS showing.

6. What's the big deal, with the money these stars make of have made in the past, they can afford lots of Doctors to "nip here, and tuck there". If the common public had the money they have, we would all look so good.

7. look, I looked as good as Nicole at 40 myself. Where have you people been? Skincare is better than ever. I am 53 and look 43. I'm not a health nut or a gym rat. I am a normal high school teacher who doesn't smoke, who has never tanned, and who takes care of her skin. Do that and you can look good too.

8. And what about Donna Mills. She is incredible.

9. I'd bet everything I own that every single one of these celebrities has had surgery. There is just no way that they haven't. Good diet and exercise and staying out of the sun as well as great hair and make-up is not enough to look as good as these folks. But cosmetic surgery is a must for the entertainment industry as the fickle public likes youthful appearances. And stars with their big egos need to keep up their vain appearances. Even so they look fantastic. Stevie Nicks should have been in this list she's 61 and stunning.

10. Get over yourselves. While some of these celebrities have clearly had work done, others simply eat great diets, use the best cosmetics, and exercise more than most of us can imagine. Looking good is part of their job. If they want to work, the must maintain their fitness level and looks. My daughter is a 35-year-old actress and she looks better than most 20-year-olds. She's had absolutely no work done, but she eats healthy food, lifts weights, hikes, and runs. If you want to look like Jane Seymour when you hit 56, then give up junk food, get off your lard butt, and exercise. Jane couldn't be "Dancing With the Stars" if she hadn't taken good care of herself all along. And do you think plastic surgery is why Tina Turner and Madonna can sing and dance onstage at their age? No surgery can give a woman that sort of stamina. Only consistent exercise can do that.

11. I don't care how old Patrick Dempsey is he is so the hottest guy on TV. The sad thing is my husband works in INDY where he owns or partly owns a car. I am 24 and hot, but would never go to meet him because he is so hot and I'd hate to ruin my fantasies

13. ALL THE PLASTIC SURGERY BUT LIFTS BOOB JOBS, HOW MISERBLE THEY MUST REALLY BE, I WOULD LIKE TO SEE WHAT THEY REALLY LOOK LIKE WITHOUT THE FAKE HAIR AND COLOR THEY WOULD BE A PAINFUL SIGHT TO SEE FOR SURE EXSPECALLY THAT HANOI JANE THING.

14. A bit off the subject but does anyone else feel that Kelly Rippa is WAY TOO SKINNY and looks gross?

15. Plastic Surgery is a wonderful thing for people like Diane Keaton. Of course she looks good at her age; I would look good if I had her money to pay for the amount of surgery she must have had. Move over Joan Rivers!
