I'm getting ready to light the 3rd yahrzeit candle for him in a few days. Have strenght and always remember that your mom would want you to always be very happy. I would just like to extend my deepest sympathy to you on the loss of your Mother. It will be 26 years ago on April 13th that I lost my mother. I think of her everyday of my life. So what I am saying to you is remember the good times the two of you shared together. The pain is great right now, but it will get better each day. Just remember that you loved, but God loved her best. She will always have a very special place in your heart. I don't know your faith, but I would like for you to read Psalms 23 and Psalms 27. The 27th Psalms was my mothers favorite.
May God bless you and your family and may heaven smile upon you and give you the strength and courage to hold on to God's unchanging hand.

I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a parent is really hard, I know. And I don't think you ever stop needing your Mom! My mother-in-law is 91 and I am dreading the day when she goes. I know my husband is going to fall apart! But the way she is going, it seems she will outlive us all. She is the healthiest one in the family! God bless your family. It seems it doesn't matter how old we are, the loss of a mother makes us that little boy or little girl again, missing our mommie. Age has nothing to do with our lose. I will think of you in my prayers.
