  Without question, he's guilty. She offered a settlement of a donation and apology- She would get nothing- Why would she do that if it hadn't happened- Ben is an insecure goof ball and couldn't score a decent woman without attacking her- He'll get his- It's happened 3 times now- get a clue

  This is not the first time Ben has been accused of sexual assault. You can choose to believe he's just a convenient scapegoat, but he's not the only well-paid barfly in the NFL by any means; just one of the relative few that get accused of rape multiple times. The truth is that no one but Ben and Andrea know what really happened, and who knows what evidence the DA turned up or didn't. Ben is at best a person with terrible judgement (he wouldn't play football without a helmet, but he still rides a motorcycle without one), and at worst a serial rapist with a penchant for not leaving enough evidence at the scene of the crime to get convicted. My hope is for the former, only for the sake of all the future women this idiot could victimize until he gets caught.

  people are focusing on the wrong things in this case. who knows what really happened besides ben and andrea. Regardless, people shouldn't be so quick to judge. hopefully whatever the case is people will find it in their hearts to forgive and leave the judging up god. Call me crazy but I wish the best for both big ben and andrea in the future, and pray that something good can somehow come out of all this. I know that sounds stupid, but GOD can make the most bleak situations turn into something good and positive. "Know that you are meant for great things and that impossible is nothing not because of who you are but what you believe. If you tell yourself you can't do something then...you won't but if you believe, then you would be amazed at what will transpire in your life."
