• 2. Legally: Rape is the only crime where the victim is on trial. Unless you have been raped yourself, which I doubt you would admit, you cannot judge other people's reactions. What would you do if you were raped, by anyone? A bum? Your dad? A famous QB? How do you even know what you would do?! And, if you're not a woman, you have nothing to compare it to. When's the last time you were groped by a poer tripping disgusting man? Personally: if this woman has the guts to bring suit against the Superbowl winning QB, and her employer, she may be telling the truth. Would u be able to stand up to that kind of resistance? I'm not saying he's guilty, I'm just saying didn't your mom teach you to not judge a book by it's cover? If a prostitute gets raped, is it not still rape???

• 4. I am not a Steelers fan but I'm siding with Rothlisberger on this one. This woman's story blows from beginning to end. There is more cover up going on here than in Kennedys' asassination. At some point in life, you have to be logical and look to see if this story could possibly be true. I do not condone raping anyone and think this woman (or this type of woman) does nothing but make it harder on women who were really raped.

• 6. In "the day",when Bill Harrah was at the helm, you wouldn't have seen a woman in a position which dealt with the "rich'n'famous" who wasn't drop dead gorgeous. The celebs who "went there" didn't have to take the walk of shame later. Andrea McNutsy is a "whacko".

• 8. I actually know Andrea, and she is kind of crazy. I believe that she did "hook up" and thought that it was going to be more than just a hook up. When it wasn't she was pissed. hey, couldn't you use 400,000 dollars. Especially since Harrah's fired her for violating policy by being in his room. She needs medication that works, she is the kind of person that needs attention and she is getting it. All the harassing calls and emails are only fueling her. She is followed on twitter by over 100,000 people. She wants the attention. We all just stopped giving it to her.

• 10. I just love how everybody assumes they know they law or anything but don't - John in post # 275 wrote that that she should sue TMZ for using her name. For one, its a "Civil" lawsuit and everything is public record and two, pictures taken of her while she is in public are fair game Clearly this chick has emotional and dare I say psychiatric problems - and just looking for a payday - too bad she just couldn't excell at her job and relationships and not have to bring this havoc on other people. The lawyer that took this case is a scumbag Lastly she is a whore for knowingly having an afair with a married man (and he's a worse POS)

• 11. To the fool who said "if this was your daughter or relative." For one thing, my daughter, my relatives, or even my friends, would of screamed if they were truly being raped (packed house at Harrahs), or even better, once out the room, went to police, then hospital, to prove vaginal entrance. She got porked, and recieved no calls, swelled up, called rape 1 year later. Now why don't you look at it as if ben is your brother or son, etc. A piece of ugly or pretty stank a** is not worth $400,000.00, just visit a neighborhood bar!

• 13. people, people,people. rape has nothing to do sex. it is about power & control. i have no idea if this man raped this woman, but educate yourselves! a rapist can be rich or middle class or poor, just like sex, his money earning potential has nothing to do with rape. poor, ugly, rich, beautiful, short, fat, tall, thin, etc can be raped as long as there are sick MF's out there who need to prove themselves powerful & in control but attacking and forcing himself on women.
