Read it slower and you will undertstand it. TMZ is implying that Tippi Hedren saves cats but she didn't save Melanie with this one.

• 99. If I saw her, I would first look quickly look at her hands to see if she had a sex change, you can tell if they have large manly hands. Her face is huge and scary.
