I have worked out 5 days a week for the last 30 years and my body still looks the same as it did when I was 20. What do you look like?

• 101. People who are older or otherwise "imperfect" shouldn't have to stay indoors or be completely covered up when out ! Loosen up, people ! Let's all have good lives and enjoy the world. Let's be able to wear swimsuits when swimming or lounging on the beach. In the grand scheme of things, does it REALLY matter if someone is 60 or has flab or is pale ? Is this something we should REALLY waste mental energy on ?
