Uhhh, take a look around....in your own back yard ... there's really no room for racism anymore... there are too many different races of people all around you ... but as long as we are on the subject... you have to stop blaming the white man, cause really in case you havent noticed... just because someone says a celebrity, person, black, white, asian, hispanic, is wearing a terrible, terrible outfit, does not mean they are being racist...just means that they chose an awefull costume or outfit. • 152. LOL is that all you racist can do? bring up that all blacks use welfare, live in the hood etcc... those stereotypes are getting soooo old. Black ppl are rising up now, getting degrees, owning businesses, and even some of u white pple want to be like black ppl. GEto voer urselves, the world is changing minorities including blacks are stepping up in america and u white ppl are afraid! U dont see it much in the media b/c they are racist themselves! To have a news coverage on a proud educated asian, spanish, or black person is unacceptable to them! I hope the govt and america will change from their hateful ways!

• 156. Well Tami, You should't say that anyone can make you understand why white people are racist. If you feel like that then you already are racist. I know a lot of racist people. I grew up as the only black girl in a all white school and was called racist names my whole youth but I don't believe anyone should be racist. I don't hate white people even though I was basically tortured growing up. I don't care, I'm happy now. It's unfortunate that you can vision anyone hating another because of comments that some black people make. As far as being inconsiderate pricks, well technically this isn't your country either, it was the Indians so are you inconsiderate also?

If you can't find any successful black people in America, you must be dead. Turn on the tv or better yet pick up a Black Entrpreneur Magazine or oh how about who is running for president? OK now, did you guys see Ciara perform? She is a great performer! She is fun to watch. I thought they should have maybe did a show on awards and one for tributes because the tribute portion took up a lot of time. I was looking forward to seeing more performances. You all take care of yourselves and remember we only live once so don't dwell on what was but make the most of what is and what is to be.

I happen to be African American and honestly, I think that it is extremely difficult for groups of people to relate to what African Americans have gone through in the U.S. and what African Americans have been faced with and what they continue to face being who they are here, in a country like this. Sure, other people have been slaves, but have they been ripped from their home country (a large portion), placed in an unfamiliar land, and then degraded for 300+ years. No! No one can relate to that and for the punk busters that have such a mouthful to say, should think about that and consider all aspects of the situation. Don't know what those remarks had to do with the Fashion blunder at the BET Awards, but don't include all African Americans and don't make ignorant comments that don't make sense. Apparently those people are insecure and have spoke out of their asses. Well, Paz y amor Bien Suerte con toda!

• 162. i think the the point that was trying to be made is that tmz chose the worse pictures they could find to represent the bet awards. is it racist? no they just needed something to talk about. you cant chose a performance picture and say that there is no style because its a costume not an outfit.there were many nice looking women and men at the bet awards last night and the people represented in this gallary were not a good representation of the fashion that was going on at the awards. so i encourage all the haters and the apperciaters to go and check out some other photos of the red carpet at another website. Then you wonder why black peolpe are messed up my father and grandmother where still reaping from the physco effects. No body offered them council after de-segregation on how to adjust to new circumstances and reform. Then Black Panthers came along and the goverment devised away to shut that down.
