• 20. to the comment about Scarsdale being a piss poor area.....I hate to break this to you. Scarsdale is one of the most affluential areas in westchester county...there is no real estate in Scarsdale for under a million. The school systems are always on the Top 5 of all schools thru out the US. Its a beautiful area...20 minutes to manhattan..10 minutes to an airport, upstate NY is beautiful. Hopefully she appreciates nature...she must...shes an artist. anyway. Welcome!! maybe "piss poor" is slang for phat !!?? I havent heard that one yet here in NY..maybe its an ATL thing. AudreyLynne

I'm so excited to have Beyonce & Jay Z join our community...Scarsdale is great...schools, shopping,...so close to the train,NYC... great Parks... like the Weinberg Nature Center at 455 Mamaroneck Rd in Scarsdale..about 3 minutes from their new home !! I really hope they come by..we are doing an outdoor Tai Chi class in the springtime...and a whole bunch of other fun things coming up. xoxo
