6. Wait. Is she buying or RENTING? A lot of these "celebrities" rent homes and don't actually own them (i.e. MTV Cribs), so I'm not too impressed yet. And with all those marble floors she better hope one of her kids don't fall and crack a tooth.

8. That house is WAY too sophisticated for Brit. The kids are going to trash it. At least her sister has good taste and some sense of modesty. It seems like Brit's having to try way too hard to be a grown up. Anyone agree?

9. That house may be expensive. But it is ugly. It also looks like the fixtures and floors are old. I doubt she will buy that.

11. First off..this home is not cheaply made. It however could be considered a Track home, because I live in the area and have a very similiar home. I in no way could afford to have paid 10 million or even 3 for my house. But if she does buy that house, i am movin out because the media snakes will be outside my door (and that does mean you and your TMZ HL) Also, that chick in my neighborhood is gonna send the prices through the roof. So in an effort to keep her away, please let her know that an entire family was slain in that house. A whole family..Such a tragic story. Dont buy it Brit Brit...

14. I find it hard to believe that Britney would buy a house that overlooks a neighborhood - where the paps can easily find her and snap pictures of her. At least the kids can walk to the neighbors when she's in a rut. I'm sorry, did I say 'hard' to believe? I meant 'easy'! Woops! My bad, y'all! I'm sure if Britney doesn't want it, then Heidi and Spencer will have next dibs... Spencer probably thinks he can afford it from the salary he makes from all those door-banging club owners.
