• 31. I guess to number 7, the sex shop owner doesn't have a dr./patient or attorney/client privilege. It's really not slander as long she has the proof that he bought these items. And, yes, I think we need to bring this behavior to light. This behavior is really very common, but very underground, especially in LA. Hopefully, people will be aware so they don't come home one day to a locked door and find their loved one hanging by accident. But, there's really nothing u can do because it's a behavior no one wants to talk about.

• 32. Yeah I think it sucks that they are putting all his personal sex practices out there for everyone to know. Doesn't seem fair or right. Very sad. Hey, none of us are perfect. Such is life. I hope his family will be ok.

• 34. I own some of this stuff. I think they were trying to say that all this stuff looks pretty harmless being your typical run of the mill retraints. If used as intended, nothing here should restrict the breathing or result in accidental death.

• 37. Nobody was saying that Dave snuffed people! All they said was that he enjoyed tying himself up. The ladies lingerie is strange tho.. (something that really creeped me out) Looks to me like he was going to try and get his mate to join him with that sex slave bondage material for under a bed. They said something was stuck up against the wall in that Thai hotel room, some kind of photo or something. I guess the next phase in all of this is someone will leak what exactly he was looking at. Morbid curiousity gets to everybody and nobody would be even lookin' at TMZ if they were't looking for just a little bit more. This kind of stuff is like a car wreck, only worse. You know it's wrong to be curious but you just can't help yourself. It's another aspect of human nature - Like sexuality gone a little bizarre. If ya look at it head-on, so we ain't no better than him.

• 39. the way his death is being played out is super fucked up. the picture of his dead body hanging, the pictures of his autopsy, his whore of an ex-wife coming out publicly to air all his dirty laundry, and now the bitch of a shop owner puts in her 2 cents of defamation for her and her store's 15 minuets. Jesus, people- way to profit from someone's death.

• 40. Seems fishy to me that everyone he knew seems to be coming out of the woodwork with a Carradine bondage story. Who knows if these claims are true or not. How sad that the only thing he's being remembered for after his death is his sex life.
