2: The morals clause of the contract requires only divulging things that might embarrass or harm the name or reputation of the pageant. Couples making videos of themselves is fun, healthy and not scandalous if kept private. It's not her fault the video didn't stay private.
3: The topless photos? Just about every famous supermodel has a good-sized pile of them out there. If Keith Lewis arranged the photo shoot, how can the pageant make an issue of it? It's not the legality; it's the public outcry over nothing that shot her down.
