1. With all the news that's out there, all TMZ can report is this! Who gives a #@?$! Celebs are human; they suffer the same ailments and conditions that mortals suffer. They pee, poop, and sleep just like we do. So what's the big deal about a little acne? All they'll do is have it photoshopped out when they're photographed. TMZ....report on the important stuff!

2. EAT NOTHIN BUT APPLES FOR 3 DAYS, AND DRINK NOTHIN BUT WATER, NOTHIN ELSE, YOUR SKIN WILL CLEAR RIGHT UP..... REPEAT WHEN NECCESARY BETTER THAN KILLIN YOUR SELF WITH ANTIBIOTICS AND ACCUTANE EWWWW (RED DELICIOUSE)

3. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD POST IF YOU SAID HEY STARS ARE HUMANS TO NO ONES PERFECT BUT THE RUTHLESS COMMENTS UNDER THEIR PICTURES AREN'T FUNNY MORE LIKE IMMATURE AND ANNOYING TMZ YOU MAKE PEREZ HILTON LOOK CLASSY!

4. I'm 40, and I've had acne since I was a teenager. Proactiv has not worked for me. Benzoyl peroxide has not worked for me. Retin-A has not worked for me. I am now on my second course of Accutane, and praying that it works. Now I find out that the way faces scar (or don't scar) from acne is genetic. Give these people a break.

5. Ahhh...yes...how very couth.... I may be broker than broke, but no way I'd want to be some Hollywood celeb. Every little physical flaw being plastered all over the tabloids an net would drive me flat out nuts. And they say *children* are cruel....

7. I deal with acne too. All throughout the teenage years I never had this problem but one year during a real stressful time in my life, my face broke out BIG TIME and it scared me because I've never been there. Because I didn't have insurance or money to get help, I had to deal with my acne problem for YEARS but then came along PROACTIV, a lil prayer sent from up above and IT WORKED. Like it's been said, many people, young or old deal with acne and so do the rich and famous so why not give them a break?! To purposely take pictures of celebs with acne breakouts is just plain CRUEL!! Here's a suggestion to the idiots behind the camera's.. try turning it around and snap a pic of YOURSELF. Let's see how clear YOUR FACE IS!! Until that's done, stop shooting the stars as you do. Just shameful on every level!! Peace

8. Why don't they take pictures of all the TMZ's staff acne. You know they got plenty, (Gillian Sheldon). The people on that tv show are the most SHALLOW people on the planet. They have the most pointless videos. "Heres Paris walking down the street" Heres someone I've never heard of eating" "Here's Nicole Ritchie in an elevator" I only wish I could remember the REALLY pointless videos. They are truly bad people who are dumbing down America filling our heads with absolute trivial nonsense instead of the important things that are actually going on. I would go as far as to say they are anti-American. Weakening the American people as they are. Someday they will face the ridicule they lay on others for in a time of war and great injustice they concerned themselves with Celebrities acne and what so and so is wearing blah blah blah!

9. Now that TMZ has a TV show and we can actually see what the idiots that come up with this s@#$ look like... definately no shortage of bad looks and pimples in that newsroom.

12. actually some pimples u really can't fix.ive helped mine a little but i still get em. let me tell you even when im out working, with friends, sleeping, etc. i'm concerned about them and fixing them is always in the back of my mind. it's not about washing your face, some people just seem to be cursed. btw being pregnant causes them and there are very few safe things to use on them. that'd be straight screwed up for someone to make fun of. christ it's not even funny wtf is wrong with people.

13. Had anyone ever stopped to realise that the reason these stars probably get breakouts is because of the heavy makeup that they wear on a regular basis? Believe me heavy makeup isn't exactly kind to your skin!

15. please if you get pimples take tooth paste an neosporin. at night wash with the tooth paste-only paste not gel-rinse and then put on neosporin. it works may take a few days so hang in there.
