21. Sabrina: They didn't all keep their last names. Birth certificates only ask for the Mother's BIRTH name. There is no place to put the mother's married name.

22. This seems wrong. People that otherwise wouldn't know how to find these documents. Now are able to view the addresses of these stars and possibly stock them. This is dangerous if it falls into a psycho's hands.
26. These are public records homey. Anyone has access to them. You can go to the county recorders office and look them up. same w/ marriage certs in Ca. Unless you pay extra for a confidential marriage license or are married by a notary public (automatic confidential) those are public domain too.
