• 33. The person you claim to be Freddy Mercury is holding a Shure Beta 58 Microphone. You can tell by the blue ring around the mic head. Freddy used a Sennheiser microphone during live performances. Also, The Shure Beta Series came to market after Freddies death. There are plenty of photos of Freddie and his 'stache. Why would TMZ fake news that doesn't need faking by posting a photo under false pretenses?

• 38. Yes, that is Freddy Mercury. It is a later photo of him but he wore that yellow jacket in concert and if you check out Freddy Mercury images in google you will see that it is in fact Freddy Mercury.
