• 16. charles should have been taken into the station just like everyone else and held under the same laws, car impounded , court date and bail/bond hearings.

• 17. Now I have to watch the TNT pre-game...it is always good but I have a feeling! I like Barkley and dont think he crys racism all the time. I think he was right in this one case with the coach based on their records. He is very fair in the things he says and Im white. I think he's very funny and enjoy his work. He does rip on people for things like this so he really screwed up.

• 18. Looks to me like they let him go. It's possible he wasn't over the limit but was close enough that they encouraged him to get a taxi. If he was over the limit and they didn't arrest him and take him to jail then that's B.S.
