1. charles should have been taken into the station just like everyone else and held under the same laws, car impounded , court date and bail/bond hearings.

2. Now I have to watch the TNT pre-game...it is always good but I have a feeling! I like Barkley and dont think he crys racism all the time. I think he was right in this one case with the coach based on their records. He is very fair in the things he says and Im white. I think he's very funny and enjoy his work. He does rip on people for things like this so he really screwed up.

3. Looks to me like they let him go. It's possible he wasn't over the limit but was close enough that they encouraged him to get a taxi. If he was over the limit and they didn't arrest him and take him to jail then that's B.S.
