  It never ceases to amaze me how cruel people can be towards someone who see's life differently or whom judge others who are simply trying to live in a manner that makes them happy. We should all be allowed the dignity and respect to live as we see fit as long as we cause no one else harm. As far as those who shake a book at we who are different I pity you deeply. Nothing has slowed down mans development more that religion.

  I love you Chaz. Keep strong and don't let the intolerance get to you. You are obviously very stong and inteligent. I grew up listing to your parents and just loved them. Always remember that you are a child of God and you are exactly as God intended you to be. I have always wanted to meet Cher, but now I would love to meet you!

  What's wrong with you hateful people? I bet you call yourself "Christians", knocking people over with that gigantic log sticking out of your eye. If I'm a Christian and if the ones who are writing these hateful comments about Chaz are as well, then I need to figure-out what I religion I really am, because last time I checked, we didn't stand for hate.   Chaz is a person first, with real feelings. Chaz is who he wants to be. Maybe you are all homophobic and have a problem with your sexuality and you are the one who is confused not Chaz. Maybe you should take a good look in the mirror and then shut up. Who gave everybody the right to be a bully?

  She really messed up her life, didn't she? She might have enjoyed her outter appearance better if she took care of herself...and now she made drastic changes to her appearance which does little to heal the inside.

  Some of the comments I've just read are plain out stupid, immature and very offending. I can't believe the world still has so much intolerance that it hurts my brain. Goodness. Step away from the internet, go speak to real people that are going through gender changes and ask them what their life is like being someone you don't feel is you.
