• 19. I hope he is not using drugs.. Gynecomastia looks to be developing and present... Not good..for his health....if it is... opinion.. only here. Good healthy diet, and lifting weights everyday, can ensure a healthy body building body.. drug free....Low body fat adding to the slight increase in abs muscles being present...
