• 49. African Americans should know how crappy it is to be discriminated against more than a lot of races. WHY are so many males from this race who have been done unfairly by this country the first ones to turn around and do the same thing slave owners did to them to someone they view as "weaker" than themselves...females. We have the first African American president, now when are WE the female half of this country and still oppressed going to get a break. If it had been a white making death threats to a black, those same sexist males in the hip hop community would be outraged, but because Rhianna is female, they think this type of discrimination is just fine. Rihanna reminds us all that we as females have not only not made much progress lately (look at the way Michelle Obama was told to keep her mouth shut and look pretty in her cute clothes), but it appears we are actually going backwards.

• 57. Abuse is a serious thing! The media is forgetting that abuse on any party (male or female) is considered wrong. The young couple apparently are seriously and dangerously in love. What is love? Speaking from a marriage of 13 years, Love is patient, kind and unchanging. If love is what they have, then I suggest a major overhaul of the relationship by taking "the relationship" seriousLY and getting couples counseling to learn how to truly love another person as a being and not as a possession. I think its stupid people are wasting their time saying wether or whether no they should be together. they are gonna do what they want and its not us the public or anyone else whose gonna decide for them. If he hit her he hit her. the bottom point is we don't know why he hit her and she does.its wrong for a woman to get hit but being a woman and havin been in that situation before sometimes we ask for it. At the end of the day its all about forgivness and letting it go, things like this happen so we can get something better out of it
