  you can't see ANYTHING because TMZ is plastered all over the pictures.Everyone knows who took the pictures. If you have to put TMZ on the photo then put at the bottom of the picture in small letters.

  Obviously, this moron is trying to make some money. The fact that there was any physical confrontation at all speaks to this woman's inexperience and lack of proper training. From an HR perspective, she should be fired. From a legal perspective, she should be ordered to undergo anger management and other counseling of her own, and fined for making a false police report.
