I find it out that a 245 pound man holds 350 pounds worth of wieghts one handed while using his free hand to wrap a towel around his neck then the wire of the wieghts around his neck. i was really saddened by the death of chris benoit..just like eddie guerrero, he died due to too much use of drugs.chris' doctor shouldnt be blame for his death. it is his own devil who killed him. wwf should be more stricker in dealing with this kind of conduct.

I loved Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero I still watch replays of his old matches, very sad and so young. Regarding Chris Benoit's death. For anyone to think there is a "cover up" that someone snuck in his home and killed his family in front of him... C`mon now !!!!
It was the drugs and I believe a breakdown that just broke the camel's back as they say, very sad so young...
Lets hope I don't wake up and find any more stars taken so young.

I used to be a big wrestling junkie...I watched Jerry the King Lawler early in his career with Mid South Wrestling out of Memphis....I remember many wrestler's even back in those days who had severe problems with drugs and alcohol abuse (I don't think Jerry ever had that problem), so this is nothing new, just more out in the open.....

Laura from Montana, I agree with you wole heartedly, I still think McMahon had something to do with it myself and look at the wrestlers that are defending him, Chris Jericho, who has not been involved with wrestling for years and lex luger, who was suspected of having something to do with the death of Miss Elizabeth..... hmmm, and wasnt Lex fired from WWF for steroid use???? Isnt it also odd that Sherri Martel was being wooed to join TNA wrestling and hmm chris was just demoted to ECW WWE's lesser watched show, was Woman maybe considering a comeback to wrestling too?? If you go to Womans myspace or Sherri Martels you will see they were friends, yet Chris Jericho and Lex Lugar as well as Vince himself stated Sherri, Nancy & Chris never knew each other

i dont think that after all chris benoit did to try to prove to chavo and vicki guerrero that he wasnt a woman-beater...that he would kill his family and himself...besides there is no reason for him to have him to kill them and himself...and why does everyone always blame the wrestlers if they are even a teensy bit involved?
