• 336. How about Jerry Garcia...considering his birthday is Aug. 1 and he died on Aug. 9th. Days between, people...days between. Also missed on this list, Dana Plato (Different Strokes), Vince Welnick (The Tubes & Grateful Dead) and of course Brent Mydland and Ron "Pigpen" McKiernan (Grateful Dead keyboardists). And all of the afore mentioned un-mentioned.

• 341. I was really surprised that Judy Garland, Jim Morrison, and Janis Joplin were forgotten. Selena should have been on that list, and no one, not even my fellow posters remembered Karen Carpenter, who was only 32 when she died. She was one of the best female singers of the 1970's.
