• 2. Can't believe hes dead, Well he got to help others who had a drug problem to get themselves clean. It must be hard for him to try to stay clean he had to see what the people go through while being high and probably made him have the urge to use again if he was still using at the time of his death. May God Bless him always... R.I.P.

• 3. He should havwe taken his own advice that he was handing out to all those junkies on MTV and cleaned up himself. The worst part is the whole time he was filming the show he himself was getting loaded.

• 4. Poor Travis Barker. I can't imagine the pain and suffering going on in his mind right now. Those two have been through so much together, it's sad to see DJ AM go. To the assholes who are saying !?#$@ about him being a horrible person, did you even know him personally? Who are you to judge? He made a mistake in his life and unfortunately he lost his life whatever the case was. Stop saying rude comments about him and go read a book or something. Enough with this stupid celebrity gossip. It's pathetic.. It really is.

• 7. He was only human. Everyone makes mistakes and goes through ?@$#! in their lives. Some people have a harder time dealing with the pressures of life. Who are any of you to judge him and say such horrible things about him when you didn't know him?! A man died. Get over your jealousy of all the things he had in life. If you want those things then get off your ass and do something about it. Don't be a coward and judge someone who is no longer around to defend themselves. Addiction is an illness and it affects all kinds of people. It also affects their loved ones. My heart goes out to all who are hurting because of this sad incident. RIP DJ AM All the haters need to get lives and stop attacking someone they do not know on a TMZ MESSAGE BOARD!! Congratulations, you're pathetic.

• 8. Its sad to know that people that have never known what drug addiction can do to a person think that they can give opinions on someone they really don't know what the real story is about. Everybody needs to remember that one day your luck will run out, or how about the day that your body hurts and it hurts sooo bad that you will need that pill. Don't say never because never is not a word when the pain is to much to handle. Just think, it could be your mom,dad,brother,sister,or just a friend that might need your help for drugs.And if it ever was one of your family or friends,would you say the same thing as your saying about dj am? It would be pretty sad to see you turn on your own family.Now that's what is really low. GOD BLESS D J ADAM.MAY GOD BE WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS.

• 10. For all the nasty comments out there about this man's death remember he was someone's son, brother and friend. You don't know unless you have a people close to you that are addicts, you battled it all your life. I think of his poor mother and how she now has to go on with her life without her boy. It breaks my heart. May God give her comfort during this time.

• 11. how can you watch that video that is supposed to be a tribute and have any respect for that guy? it made me sick, what did he do for a living? wow! he turned records he made alot of money and bought shoes, wow! God will only let you play games with HIS life for so long, you don't belong to yourself, you belong to God He is in the same boat with Michael Jackson, Heath Ledger, Chris Farley, Anna Nicole Smith, all those people who were basically living for themselves and greed, Heath Ledger had a wife and a beautiful daughter and continued to do drugs, knowing it was wrong it's like that saying, "play with fire, you're gonna get burned."

• 13. from the "tribute" video on TMZ he seemed lieka greaddy little prick, materialistic, selfish, obnoxious, oh and a crack head, a waste of @#$!? air he did himself a favor by smoking too much crack and rtaking to many pills do you think his family will donate all those shoes to boys that need new shoes? don't bet on it

• 14. It is a tragedy to see him gone. He was an awesome musician. Although he had been clean for a number of years and survived the crash, it was ultimately what ended his life. People who post negatively on his addiction have never been there themselves. It's a sad lonely place to be in, especially during a relapse. I know we're entitled to our opinions but really, if you aren't an addict in recovery or currently use and know what it's like to be dependant on drugs, you really need to STFU. He seemed like he would have been a great guy to know in person. I was sad and shocked to see the news on his death and my condolences go out to his friends and family.

• 15. How can some judge someone? Who are you god? Yes drug addiction is a very bad thing but if you havn't went through then you really can't comment on the situation. God has a plan for everyone and this was his for Adam. So next time you wanna judge someone look at yourself first cause i'm sure your not perfect and nethier was Adam.
