• 1. One clearly doesn not require much possession when traveling so much. He was on the road 300 days a year. One shouldnt expect his home to be full of materials that the normal everyday human requires to operate. I dont care too much for celebrities, but Travis and Dj Am are stand up people. This is truly sad. It seems as if that plane crash was going to take him regardless.

• 3. Actually I think he owned next to this property another house in the area which is located in Beverly Hills - and yeah it comes with a pool. Just google 'DJ Am' and 'house' and you'll see. RIP Adam..... I feel terrible about your passing.

• 9. it is cozy, nothing special, that same house in the SOUTH would be only 130K.. but out in LA it is overpriced...I would redo the bathrooms
