  Depardieu's nose is now grotesque. It looks like an pair of ass cheeks with the nostrils as legs and is distracting when he's in close up in a film, you start focusing on his bizarre proboscis instead of his acting. The rest I don't care. They are Holly-wood critters - ugly, inside & out.

The only people who need nose jobs are those who have suffered a traumatic injury, or who have LEGITIMATE breathing problems. Said by someone with a really small nose.
