• 31. Sarah Jessica Parker and Blossom both look way worse with small noses. Their long faces just can't handle it. Not to mention if any of these stars' noses were that big of a deal they probably wouldn't be famous stars now would they?!?

• 32. They look better with their original noses... and why would anything think Steve Carell needs a nose job?! That's ridiculous. And I like Owen's broken nose, it makes him memorable and quirky. In the nose job photos they all look like clones, there's no personality.

• 34. OK.. Owen's you can tell has been broke and need's fixed. Gerard's look's like a ...well you can see for yourself! But, I have a question for TMZ... YOU can SWITCH NOSES but we are supposed to BELIEVE that you can't switch Christan's ARM?? It's called editing and anyone can do it!

Let's face it there's no helping Sara Jessica Parker's face,unless an entire head transplant is possible.Gerard Depardon't just needs to be harpooned by whalers the next time he goes in the ocean!Too bad for both of those people,no matter how confident or outgoing they try to seem to make up for their less than perfect looks ,in an industry which reveres youth and beauty,they just can't compensate anymore!

• 40. if you are a vocalist, your vocal quality comes from your nasal makeup. if you fix your nose, you run a high risk of ruining your special sound.

• 43. Some of these people would lose their identity if they changed their noses. I agree the photoshopping was horrendous. The only one I would love to see change noses is Owen Wilson. It distracts me when I see his movies. And his nose is caused by injury. PLEASE OWEN, FIX YOUR BROKEN NOSE!! (We love you anyway, though.)

• 45. Chiaki Kuriyama looks 1000 times better with her real nose. Airbrushing a weird little nose on her is the best arguement against plastic surgery I've ever seen.
