1. Most of these people would look better without a nose job. And many wouldn't have gone as far in their careers if they did get a nose job. Remember that girl from Dirty Dancing, she fixed her nose and then what became of her?

2. Some of the stars did look better in the "after" photos, but some did not, and in some cases the change made them hard to recognize. In most cases I think it would be best just to work with what you were born with.
