    • 106. Most of these people would look better without a nose job. And many wouldn't have gone as far in their careers if they did get a nose job. Remember that girl from Dirty Dancing, she fixed her nose and then what became of her?

    • 107. Some of the stars did look better in the "after" photos, but some did not, and in some cases the change made them hard to recognize. In most cases I think it would be best just to work with what you were born with.
