1. Linda k, the first to comment says she's seen the Scots AND the Brits wearing kilts! Scots ARE Brits, just to make it clear and save you some googling. And the Kilt is NOT a dress. Typical US ignorance, this. No wonder you're a laughing stock the world over.

11. I have to agree with most of these comments. Kilts aren't dresses or skirts or pretty lady's wear; they're legitimate cultural garb. I think Hal's is particularly rocking, if not exactly traditional. There are plenty of guys who look good in actual dresses. You couldn't find any of those?
