• 256. i don't like tattoos. most are stupid and most people will regret them, if they don't than it shows what their education level is. some are perfectly fine and respectable but others are completley ridiculous. nothing personal against the few people with respectable tattoos but i think that they are like zits and should be hidden. i'm done.

• 258. i don't think that there was anything wrong with the captions. i don't think tattoos are awful but i don't want any. why would you want to put something on your skin that will stay there forever. personally i think it's kinda like a zit and should be hidden. but then again, some are okay like the names of your children and loved ones but they shouldn't be written across your face, they should be somewhere you can hide them easily but still be able to show off if anyone asks. i like to rant.

• 260. The publisher of this article doesn't appear to have much sense. There's absolutely nothing wrong with most of these tattoos. Some of them are just bad art, or bad talent, but many of them are fine examples of artistry and creativity, as well as personal expression. Sure, you have the right to free speech. That doesn't mean what you're saying isn't ignorant, though.

• 261. I like Blake's tattoos, he has an amazing surreal one on his back too. I also like Victoria's and who cares what Megan fox has, she is HOT. Plus the fact that Johnny Depp turned "Winona forever" into "Wino forever" is awesome!Tattoos are art, and most add character to a person. I don't have any but I can appreciate most of them.

• 262. I find it interesting that Marc Jacobs, a man who has made his living off the backs (and feet) of women the world over would think it's ok to make a permanant stement calling women 'hos'. So disrespectufl, shows what he thinks of his majority female clientele. Idiot. This is one client he doesn't have to ever worry about purchasing another marc jacob piece, and I will pass the word.

• 267. I just don't understand what the problem is. I have tats and I do not regret them at all. I didn't get my first until I was in my mid 30s, so it isn't like I didn't think about it for a long time. They are a look into the soul. I have one with my childrens names (after all they will always be my children not like an ex) I also have one in memory of my grandson who died of S.I.D. But I guess in you eyes that is trashy too. I have never been turned down for a job. And yes people have looked at me sideways but then thats their problem not mine. All I can say is I don't pass judgement on you why do you feel the need to pass judgement on me. Something lacking in your life?????

• 269. I agree with Lauren, well said. If you don't like tattoos, don't get them. That easy. But do not judge people on theirs. I have 4 tattoos .. 2 big and 2 small, and I do plan on getting more. I never cared what other people thought of me. I'm very well educated and I work for an investment bank. If you are going to judge me on my tattoos, then I definitely do not want to know you. I just hate how people who don't like them and don't have any always have something to say about those who do. I personally see them as an artistic expression of oneself. "The tattoo is the mark of the soul. It can act as a window through which we can see inside, or it can be a shielf to protect us from those who cannot see past the surface."

• 270. Some of these tattoos are nice. I like most of Angelina's (the Tibetan ones on her back,) Rihanna's is simply and classy, and a few more. Mike Tyson's is the only one I really don't like. Aside from the stupidity of Steve-O. Tyson's not Maori, he should not wear the Maori moko. I have two tattoos. They are large but not visible most of the time. Who cares what people will think when I'm 80? Nursing homes of the future will be filled with old tattoos and piercings.
