• 271. I have 6 small tattoos and I plan to get more. I really don't get what the big deal is. Mine are all easily hidden. I have a good job and am very highly educated. A person who would judge me based on my tattoos is a person I wouldn't want to know anyway. I could care less what they look like when I'm 80. I mean, in general I'll be old and wrinkley so it's not like I'll be getting by on my looks at that point anyway! If you don't like them, don't get them.

• 272. Not Sure What the big deal is about ink and piercings. I have 7 tattoo's and 2 piercings. (my Tat's can only be seen in the summer cause of where they are) And i will let you know i'm a very successful Non Profit Coordinator not one of these things bother my employees, clients or my boss. all he has ever asked is that it doesn't get out of control like my coworker she has taken all of hers a little far.

• 273. My son is a very successful tattoo artist. He has been drawing and painting since he was a child. He is featured in books, magazines, and other media, holds an art degree from a very respectable college, has studied art history including the primitive origins of tattooing. It is fine to have an opinion as to whether one likes or dislikes a particular tattoo but please do not make assumptions about those who do choose to express themselves in such a way. People may be unemployable?...yes, in certain fields or among certain less open-minded people, but don't these pictures show some people can be a success AND have tattoos? My other son is a physician...with tattoos. It didn't keep him out of med school nor has it appeared to affect his medical practice. If some people have not chosen him as their physician because he has tattoos, others have chosen him because he DOES have them. I'm just saying, criticize the tattoos not the character of the person wearing them.

I have my head, sides arms and chest ect. done and I get looked and people mumble under their breathe but I dont care since its a known fact that people with tattoos are cooler than those that have none and we CAN and wil kick their ass's. If those of you on here seen me you wouldn say ?$!@# to me due to complete fear and that is fine with me..

• 280. In case the comments below were directed at me.......my comments from before were directed at abovethebelt, and really had nothing to do with tatoos. I was just infroming him of some things he may not have been aware of. I have no problem with tatoos, if you want one, that just great. Sorry for any confusion. :-)

• 281. FYI-----Just in case the comments about tatoos not being talked about in the bible, were directed at me due to my comments..........My comments really had nothing to due with the tatoos. They are your choice, more power to you. My comments were directed at abovethebelt and his comments on how the bible is bogus. So again, Nothing to due with the tatoos, just setting someone straight who didnt do any research. :-) Sorry for any confusion.

• 282. FYI- The BIBLE does not say people should not get tattoos, it says they should not get the mark of the Devil. Re-read your good book... Some of the tatts on that list are works of art. Blake Lewis's tattoos are are works of art. No way compared to Tom Arnold or Steve O.
