• 8. When people grow old, their skin grows slack and loose, never again to be that tight elastic skin of their youth. However, they are not going to sacrifice the remaining pleasures of their life, such as swimming, just so the young will not be offended by the signs of their aging. The regret of the old is that they cannot live long enought to be on the beach when the young, who so blatantly mouth off, will have the same wrinkles and flab. The only way to avoid it is to die young, ala Marilyn Monroe. The rest end up looking like the Dutchess of Kent, Bette Davis, etc.

• 9. What is it with European women? They ALWAYS wear a 2-pc. swimsuit or bikini no matter how disgusting they look. They are very critical of what American women wear both here & abroad. But they actually go out in public showing as much skin as possible no matter how old or out of shape they are. The Duchess could have cleaned up her act by simply wearing a 2-pc. suit & covering some of her ugly flab.
