I think some of you who comment missed the point of what TMZ was trying to get across, the way I took it was that they were showing that the most Beautiful women in the world are small breasted. Beautiful women do not need to get breast jobs, they get the attention anyway. Its the homely girls that need to get boob jobs.

• 172. Funny thing is, there is not one LARGE breasted actress that I can think of who is an A-list actress. Fake boobs kill an actresses career if they want to be really successful, yeah they can get small parts or leading roles in B-movies, but they don't ever get the big roles. Just look at the list of actresses named here, all MAJOR stars. We save the big titty girls to be spit out of the porn industry

• 180. Its about pride in yourself and your own self esteem. I must say, these women go out in the public eye and show others that it's ok to be who and what you are! Not made up to be a model or think you have to have the biggest lips, the perfect uplift of a butt and a face that never moves and big boobs! These women show there true colors and are who they are. Money has nothing to do with it. They made it with small boobs. So why change it now? They have that self confidence, so why make it fake? So TMZ since you were making some rather nasty comments on small boobs and men commenting on it... Lets see them attacked with small dicks and penis enlargements!
