• 196. What's really sad about all of this is that women are being told from a young age that how we've been born is not good enough. We have to be hairless everywhere, color/highlight the hair on our head, get manis/pedis, nip this, tuck that, botox something else, lift this, tan that, and don't forget to enlarge those boobs. We're not allowed to be our natural ourselves anymore, thanks to society's idea of what the perfect woman should be. What do you suppose all these women who have had so much plastic surgery are going to look like when they're in their 50's and 60's? I think we're in for a real freak show. I say good for the celebrities who refuse to mutilate their bodies and accept themselves the way they are.

• 197. Ladies, do NOT get fake boobs. No decent guy is going to like them. Why? Because even modest-size fake boobs look FAKE. And we don't like the way they feel when you are naked. Save your dignity. Don't get them. And avoid the complications of scarring, drooping, etc. And you know what? Most of the above women look just fine. Better than they would if they had fake knockers. A beautiful face and a fit body. A nice rear-end. Those are the things that will attract men. A great body is WRECKED by fake baloons. In summary, from an Average Guy, DON'T DO IT.

• 200. So sad. I actually am in a bit of disbelief that TMZ went there. Can some one please tell me who thought it was a good idea to make a bit trashing celebrities with non-enhanced breasts? Just to make sure, let me see I have it straight that you are officially endorsing breast enhancement surgery for any women with an A cup, and a women with an A cup will "lose a guy in 10 days," should be "desperate for cleavage" or have a "grudge", is less of a woman than one with bigger breasts (will has bigger breasts, my so-called breasts). Is that right? I guess you people don't learn from your mistakes when it comes to trashing body image and celebrating the diversity of women's beauty. You've lost this reader for good.

• 205. For all of you who say "They just need to eat!" Some of us are just flat-chested, no matter whether we gain weight or not. Breast tissue has estrogen-receptor sites, which increse the size of the breasts with the release of female hormones. Some women have more of these receptor sites that others. I gave birth to and nursed 3 children, and it didn't increase my bust size, ANY. I do admit that most of my adult life I never weighed more that 110 lbs, but I am short and small-boned. About 2 years ago, I had to have cortisone shots, as well as oral steroids, for an injury, and I packed on 20 pounds in 2 months - completely changed my body's metabolism. NONE of that weight went to my breast size - I wear the same size bra. It all went to my hips, thighs and butt. At least I didn't gain in the waist, either. So, gaining weight is not always the answer. I would never have artificial boobs put in - do these women think we can't tell their boobs are fake?

• 209. The cultural norm of brest implant is really wierd. It's as bad as those lip or neck strechers in Africa. It's dumb. Some women with implants act like their health conscience and environmentally enlightened. What an oxymoron. Men who are into fake breasts are wierd too.

• 210. are you kidding me TMZ? I love small breasts. First, they are real, second, they are usually attached to a woman who isn't obsessed with herself!mmmmmmmmm. Women who are naturally small framed are generally going to have small breasts. I feel bad for all the pretty, normal, small breasted woman. I also feel bad for all the young girls out there who read this crap and then proceed to starve themselves, inject themselves, etc. Put some pictures up of your staff!!! bet they can't hold a candel to these women!
