If any non-famous citizen had committed this crime, they'd likely be whisked off immediately to prison for vehicular manslaughter- and that's WITHOUT the drunk-driving stuff. No celebrities, whether current hot chickies or battered old rattletraps like Gary Collins,should be able to walk free after getting caught for this sort of behavior.
