• 17. This is an object lesson in the unfairness and corruption of the American "justice" system. If any non-famous citizen had committed this crime, they'd likely be whisked off immediately to prison for vehicular manslaughter- and that's WITHOUT the drunk-driving stuff. No celebrities, whether current hot chickies or battered old rattletraps like Gary Collins,should be able to walk free after getting caught for this sort of behavior.

• 19. most of these celebs are over-hyped,over-payed conformists who are held in such high esteem by the brain dead subservient ones around us....reject current movie,T.V. and music stars and believe in yourselves not those wanks and toe-rags!

• 25. Just cause these people are celeberties doesnt meant they shouldnt get arrested like everyone else...if anyone else were to drive under the influence they would be arrested. Just cause they are rich and famous shouldnt be a reason to let them off. Do the crime do the time.

If Gary goes to jail, who will host those infomercials for beds and vitality supplements. Please keep Gary out of jail. We all need a hero, heck, the country needs a hero! Don't sully the fine reputation of one of America's finest thespians. Did you ever see Gary in Love American Style or The Love Boat, episode #128: Tennis pro learns "Love is his new racquet"...
