2. This is an object lesson in the unfairness and corruption of the American "justice" system. If any non-famous citizen had committed this crime, they'd likely be whisked off immediately to prison for vehicular manslaughter- and that's WITHOUT the drunk-driving stuff. No celebrities, whether current hot chickies or battered old rattletraps like Gary Collins,should be able to walk free after getting caught for this sort of behavior.

13. Hollywood celebrities are important to society and they should rarely be arrested for anything. They entertain us and were would we be without them? If Gary goes to jail, who will host those infomercials for beds and vitality supplements. Please keep Gary out of jail. We all need a hero, heck, the country needs a hero! 15. Gary Collins and Mary Ann Mobley are fine upstanding people. This was just an accident where an 89 year old man failed to yield the right of way. Heck, Britney does it all the time!
