167. Every one grieves differently. I think it was beautiful and touching. It doesn't matter how or why someone dies, but how one remembers a loved one.
168. This was a great opportunity to celebrate his life as well as mourn him. Heath's family has outdone themselves by trying to help other people around them cope as well. This is such a sad time for everyone and it's such a blessing that they wanted to give something back to the people who loved him as well. I think he would have been very pleased with this service, he had such a joy of life and loved it over there. My prayers are with them and I hope that between all of them that love they share for him will be passed through Matilda Rose.
170. May we all live lives that make the people that love us want to celebrate us like this! It's absolutely beautiful! You just know Heath is smiling down on them.
(Great job on the presentation TMZ. I'm impressed. Very tasteful.)
173. I am so glad that Heath's loved ones were able to end a very hard and sad day with laughter and smiles. In my opinion those 2 things are the greatest grief healing tools we have and his family probably hasn't had much of that going on in the past few weeks. I can only imagine how rough its been. So I am glad they got to smile and laugh about Heath and for a few moments forget the pain and have some joy. I wish them a growing of strength as each day passes and more days of smiling and laughter ahead of them.
God bless Heath Ledger
174. Yes. This was very beautiful and is a way I hope my family will remember me when I'm no longer here...with smiles and laughter instead of tears and saddness. Thought Heath wasn't at his final party when friends gathered for one last goodbye, I'm sure he was looking down and the sunshine they felt was the warmth and love he was shining down.
175. What a down to earth tribute to Heath. He must be smiling from above to see the love and support his parents, sister, Michelle and beloved Matilda are surrounded by.
Rest in Peace Mate. You will be sorely missed on the big screen. What a tremendous talent you were.....never to be forgotten!

176. as i write this i am welling up, sad i know, but this looked like a great way to celebrate Heaths memory...and lets hope he enjoyed the scene :)
RIP Heath
178. What a wonderful tribute to a very talented young man. It is nice to see that Heaths family has embraced Michelle. She has shown great strength during this tragedy. It is nice of the family to let Heaths fans be included on such a special day. What a classy family. Matilda will grow up knowing how many people loved her father and how much he loved her.
179. First, TMZ, you are SO mean and quite frankly petty and small minded most of the time but this is a great tribute to Ledger's life and I commend you for it.
Secondly to the hateful person who never wants to hear a thing about Ledger again, there is a life beyond taboid press (TMZ included), you know? Get a life! Do what I do when I get tired of the meaness and smallmindedness that is the tabloid press, lay off them for a while! No one is forcing you to read anything.
