• 106. I doubt Heath requested his friends celebrate his death by jumping in the ocean since he hadn't planned on dying from an accidental overdose of rx pill. However, that said, it is a nice and very youthful sentiment about the man by his friends, very in keeping with the surfer Aussie mentality of a young man who seemed to enjoy his family, his roots, and his acting career. RIP, Heath. Come back, soon.

• 107. In reply too. Someone must have known that something was amiss. ~~ What you fail to keep in mind is that his death was an accidental overdose. He was exhausted and also sick at the time. He was missing his daughter but he was far from sucidal. Everyone undergoes some kind of stress in there lives at some point and they see a doctor ( as he did) He was given prescription pills and any self respecting doctor should have asked him what medication he was already on and warned him about side effects. From the reports even him being responsible and taking the recommended dosage, the pills themselves when taken together are lethal. As for his family and someone knowing, I am sure they knew Heath well enough to know he would not entertain thoughts of sucide.

What were all of these people doing while Heath was addicted to prescription drugs? ~~ The Prescription drugs were precribed in Europe during December/January when he was filming. If you bothered to follow the reports you would know this dolt. Really,were his family and friends in contact with him a couple of weeks before his death? Calling daily? E-mailing? ~~ I believe he gave an interview 3 weeks prior to his passing where he stated he was looking forward to returning to Australia to be with his family and friends. I am sure they were in contact making plans.

• 112. Thanks for the pics TMZ...a nice tribute to Heath. Jumping in the ocean to remember someones spirit is an Australian thing to do. Some of his mates would have done it as a spur of the moment thing ...hence the lack of swimsuits! Thankyou to America for all the lovely comments about Heath. He was an Aussie boy,with an enormous talent.In Heaven with all our other angels. RIP Heath. xo

His father Kim, who now appears to be a saint, refers to "our boy" which is total crap. Heath was alone and lonely when he died and nothing he or his family can make up for it. Nobody was there for him.

• 120. What a great way to celebrate the life of Heath Ledger. Seeing his famliy and Michelle smile would have made Heath proud!! Now they can focus on moving forward with their life and remembering the great times they shared with Heath. My heart still breaks for Matilda but with a loving family around her she will know how much she was loved by her daddy. Heath will be missed by all. RIP Heath.
