Look guys!Some people are really bad!All those jerks that critisize Heather should really look their pathetic life and their mess!.People that talk like that for people they hardly know they are the same people who have no respect or normal feelings for noone including their friends and they are mean persons that want revenge for no reason!.They don't have a neutral behaviour towards Heather or any other close to them for that matter.!I hope Heather doing fine and she deserves love much more than some shitheads that care only to critisize her!

• 7. HEATHER WASNT ARRESTED FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE; IT SAID IN FINE PRINT NO ALCOHOL IN HER SYSTEM; IF SHE WAS DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE OF MEDS SHE JUST SHOULD OF USED BETTER JUDGEMENT. AND IF THEY WERE PRESCRIBED TO HER; THATS NOT AGAINST THE LAW! LETS SEE; HER HUSBAND CHEATED WITH HER BEST FRIEND; AFTER 10- 11 YRS OF MARRIAGE? THAT WOULD DO A NUMBER ON ANYONE. GOD PEOPLE HAVE A HEART.

• 8. she wasnt arrested for drunk driving; it says in fine print there was no alcohol in her system. if she WAS driving under the influence of presprection meds; she should of just used better judgement. and if they are PRESCRIBED to her; she did nothing wrong! hello!?she is still a pretty woman most women her age would probably kill for her looks; shes a natural. her husband cheated on her; best friend {slut} screwed him; geez; i wonder why she could be a little down?

• 12. It seems here lately that the police are like the photographers, ready to arrest someone famous. just for that fact. Seems "lucky" that someone was around to take the pictures. She dies not look drunk or stoned to me. Where and when did America go from being innocent till proven guilty to guilty and try and prove you are innocent. All the photographers that follows the stars. it seems to me that the police are NOT enforcing the STALKING LAWS of this nation.

• 13. Fame or not, riches or not, all people are subject to the same inperfection and Heather is no exception. I agree with Lisa in Alabama, Heather looks as though she has some sadness there. Who knows what kind of day, week or month led up to her (alleged) illegal sojorn on the road?; and as for those big he-man cops lording it over her, the publicity was for them not her. She had a bad day, we have all had them, she may have done something stupid, but who over 40 has not done the same. Leave her be. Money and fame do not buy out personal grief or challenges. Consider Heath Ledger or River Pheonix. Heather needs the support of her fans, not public condemnation. Judge yourself before judging others. Luke6:42.

• 14. Ok, let me see if I got this right?? As long as you stop driving before the police get there, you should get a pass?? Should this apply to crashes as well?? If the cops don't see the colliison occur and you kill someone, are you scott free?? Ok, let's see what you elected officials feel about this. Wow, section 40300.5 of the California vehicle code disagrees about the fact that officers have to see a drunk driver actually driving. They only need to have a reasonable belief it has occurred or will occurr again. Why don't we just let the process run its course and see what the test results say. It might actually be that she was on "illegal drugs" (wow, that would be a first for a celebrity). Give the cops a break. The were just doing their job. It looks like two officers and a supervisor, which seems reasonable to me.
