• 166. She still looks good. Maybe because i'm old. but she looks good. If the police didn't see her driving then why was she pulled over in a parking lot. And no alcohol involved. on private property. They needed to wait for her to drive. She will beat this and then for PR reasons say she is going to rehab or something. She may be able to sue.

• 168. My husband is a police officer. Let me clear this up for the people who don't know anything about the law. You don't need to be seen driving. It is not unfair, it's the law. Even if the car was parked, she had still been driving it minutes earlier. It doesn't take a genius. Had she *not* been driving, and sitting in a car, she could've still been arrested. That's life. Get over it. And if you're upset that someone arrested her and not bin Laden, why are you on here and not out putting yourself in harm's way to do so?

• 171. Leslie, It sounds like you're blaming the police for your own failures as a mother. It's not their job to raise your son with proper values. I know this sounds harsh, I don't mean it that way. I'm trying to encourage you to accept your own part in this and not to focus on blaming others. Blame your son. Blame yourself. It's not other people's responsibility.

• 172. To the idiot who called her fat and old: she is not OLD, and she definitely is not fat!! Just because she is not 21 does not make her old. You must be about 13 because then it would make sense that you think she is old...and fat?? Do you think friggin Kate Moss is fat? Anyway, I also think these cops were way out of line. They did not even see her drive! I know sometimes celebrities get off easy when it is PROVEN that they drive under the influence (like Paris Hilton, who has no acting talent, btw)--but in this case, it feels like a witch hunt. She was treated harshly BECAUSE she's a celebrity.

I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT HE IS 16 MONTHS IN HIS REHAB AND DOING FANTASICALLY. AND HE ADORES THE MOTHER THAT ALWAYS STOOD BESIDE HIM BUT DID NOT TURN A BLIND EYE TO HIS PROBLEMS. ALL THINGS IN LIFE ARE NOT JUST EXPLAINED AWAY BECAUSE YOU THINK THEY ARE CUTE OR YOU ARE A FAN OF THEM. MY SON BY THE WAY IS VERY HANDSOME AND HIS LESSONS HAVE COST HIM DEARLY BUT I NEVER STOPPED BEING PROUD OF HIM. HOPE SOMEONE LOVES HEATHER THAT MUCH. I AM NOT AGAINST HER. JUST CONCERNED FOR HER AND SAYS SHE HAS NO RIGHT TO DRIVE IMPAIRED. NONE OF US DO. PERIOD. SHE IS PRETTY BUT OBVIOUSLY TROUBLED.

THE ONE PROGRAM THAT HAS CHANGED MY ONE SON IS CALLED HABILITAT ON THE ISLAND OF OAHU. IT IS A 2 TO A 2 1/2 YR. PROGRAM. INPATIENT. CREATED BY A HARD CORE EX ADDICT AND STAFFED BY EX-ADDICTS. PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND ADDICTION. AND STATISTICS SHOW IT TO BE ONE OF THE MOST (IF NOT THE MOST ) SUCESSFUL PROGRAMS OUT THERE. AND IT IS OPEN TO PEOPLE FROM ANY STATE. CERTAINLY NOT JUST HAWAII. LOCATED ON KANEOHE' BAY. IT IS BEAUTIFUL THERE. I MENTION THIS FOR ANYONE GOING THROUGH SOMETHING SIMILAR AND AT THEIR WITS END. MAHALO
