• 212. Obviously the cops were out to arrest another celebrity. If you take prescription drugs, start to drive, realize you can't drive properly, and pull into a parking lot, you shouldn't be arrested. The cops didn't see her driving erratically, they relied on a third party who saw her. This is ridiculous. The cops should be charged with false arrest, stripped of their badges, and spend a year or two in jail for abusing their authority.

• 220. I just want to offer a different viewpoint on the cellphone thing. My husband is a deputy & many times he uses his cell phone because he is trying to reach someone on another department channel or frequency than the one he is using (think in terms if a cb radio). Many times, he uses his cell because the media all have scanners that pick up police & fire radio communication. We live in the South, so I can't speak for how they do thngs in CA. Could be that many officers showed up to keep potential crowd control problems to a minimum or to keep the press at a distace. My husband is a good cop (10 yrs-no reprimands) & sometimes people don't see the honor & integrity of a good officer because of the few cops that use their badge in a way that directly opposes the oath they took when they were commissioned. • 222. Mike in Mass. thats right great words!! We use to be innocent until proven guilty! NOT ANYMORE!!Now we are guilty until proven INNOCENT!! Look at all the people on here that have already convicted her!! WHAT A SHAME!!! You people don't know what the case is! She might be just tired, who knows for sure?? And she was on the side of the road, some nosey old hag probably called on her and she just cooperated with the police and done what she was told to save herself from more embarrassment.
