• 228. Obviously she was shopping and got in her car to leave and someone didn't like the way she was driving and called the cops. How do we know that this same person didn't take the pictures that maybe ended up being paid for on the web?...I mean this could be a total scam...she is blinking in some pics but she doesn't look totally out of it in my estimation. A sad day for her but couldn't it just be that she had a drug reaction or something...and she had pulled over. She just should have said she wasnt feeling well...I know driving while impaired is unforgiveable and I understand that, but let's give this poor woman the benefit of the doubt for heaven's sake!!

• 229. When anyone is arrested it is public info after that. I am feeling a bit sorry for Heather because whatever she is going through must be mentally rough on her. Suck it up Heather, think about that little girl she needs her MOM. Being a celebrity does things to people. You have to be tougher than most.

• 232. WOW They said she isn't drunk!!! So people stop talking about her being drunk!! Poor thing she looks fine in a couple of the photos! And the one the cop has her hand bent up. what the heck is that. the whole police force there to lock up poor Heather, I think they just wanted their picture on here. Stupid jerks. I think that Heather just looks upset. Maybe shes just having a bad day and was depressed not to mention that now shes having a real bad day! Those officers look like they are enjoying the pictures being taken of them. And the are acting like they are the big police force, on a little 100lbs maybe woman. I just want to give her a BIG HUG!! Heather it will be alright. Take Care!! LOVE YOU! Been watching you for a long time and I am a big Fan!!!

• 234. None of this is hard to believe for me. Dont get me wrong I love her and I am also a big Bon Jovi fan. I think its a shame everything that has been happening....BUT!!!! the pic with the ring on her finger is of someone wearing blue jeans and she is clearly wearing black pants in every other picture. what is that about?????

• 239. Well some paparrazzi got paid some big money for some shots of Heather under the influance and being arrested..... You can see from the pics how she looks buzzed. Now she will go and play the famous "Hollywood Rehab" card and get off scott free just like the rest of the Hollywood elite......

• 240. Poor Hollywood beauties, they lose thier looks then they lose thier minds becasue of it. Vanity apparently leads to ridiculous behavior and plastic surgery that makes them all look the same.....whats wrong with aging naturally????
