I agree that if she was under some kind of drug that prevented her ability to safely opperated a motor vehivle that she should be removed from the highways but why did the police department find it necessary to release the pictures of her arreast to the net.Find this to be in vary poor taste. She is a beautiful lady that needs help .

• 242. That beautiful, beautiful woman! I wonder if the press and others being allowed to stalk stars has anything to do with their behavior? I am not trying to excuse her but do wonder. If everyday people are stalked/badgered we can file suit and win in a court but movie/TV stars have to live with it. It just isn't fair!!

• 249. I am happy for her that this didn't happen in the county of L.A. I myself have been arrested for being DUI even though I am a teetotaller, but my friend was a life drunk. The fact that he blew a zero told me their breathalizer didn't work AT ALL, but they still charged me ANYWAY! And, why is somebody taking pictures of her jewelry? And that cop ought to be fired for using his cell phone. That is just tacky and VERY unprofessional looking. Why does it take so many policeMEN to take a tiny unthreatening little girl in?? They act like sheriffs' deputies!

• 251. Everyone in the know in Hollywood has been covering for her for years. Richie and Denise did when she overdosed in Dec before filing for divorce. She hangs out with men notorious for drug using, David Spade! Her friendship with Denise ended because she arrived at a dinner "High". That was enough for Denise. She did not want her girls exposed to it again. Dealing with Charlie's addictions was enough and dangerous to the girls. Richie did not ask for a divorce but thankfully he got one. She sent him the papers out of town to hurt him. The one that is being hurt is Ava. Everyone had hopes for her to get well when she checked in. Now that it is out in the open maybe she will find out who her real friends are and they will stop looking the other way and get the woman help. Her so called depression is from the drugs. Obviously, the Center she checked into did not help. Maybe she will find one that does for her sake and Ava's.

• 254. Gangbangers running wild and these cops are locking up DUIs I hope they had enough guys to subdue her, she looked pretty dangerous. LA cops are amateurs.
