• 259. One of the oddities of the California DUI statute is that you can be charged for driving under the influence of alcohol with a zero BAC (blood alcohol content)-check the code section 502(a). It was clear that Ms. Locklear was having some kind of problem, but the cops had to be the New Centurions and drag her to jail instead of taking her to a hospital where she belonged. It's also sad to see that she is smoking.

• 260. This is really sad. Everyone goes through a transition in life. Who is perfect anyhow. She needs prayer and therapy. I was at that state at one point in my life.

• 263. I feel really bad for Heather. People just don't get it! It's menopause. They have no idea what she is going through so they just give her drugs to keep her so she dosen't care about anything. Always in a fog, scared all the time and everything is a panic attack. Doctors, get your act together for these women who are going through this. They need a miracle drug to help them get through life on a daily basis. The media and all the publicity at her expense! Shameful! She is a doll. Been there,done that! Menopause is the worst time of a women's life! God Bless Heather!

• 267. I hope she beats this. They have ZERO evidence EXCEPT a lady calling the cops on her. She was not drunk, ZERO alcohol. They assume she was on something but they dont have a clue. Any judge worth his/her salt with throw this out and admonish the cops. We are all INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty and all you stupid idiots forget this RIGHT we have as AMERICANS and you all all so quick to judge. Maybe she is diabetic, mayber her blood pressure was sky high, maybe, maybe anything BUT ITS NOT DRUNK as they HAVE NO EVIDENCE of such.

• 268. She is not pregnant, it looks like bloat caused by anti-depressants. Some antidepressants can make you gain outrageous amounts of weight, especially around the middle.
