• 277. I bet this is what really happened. She was being followed by the private detective who has been hired to get dirt on her. She was either doing drugs or slipped drugs. When she started driving the private dick is the one who called it in to the cops. I bet the call came in with out the person identifying who he/she was, and olny saying they lived in he nieghborhood. This had the cops come and the private detective took these incriminating photos and sold them to the media. Not only is he double dipping the system by selling the photos but also making money for making the case against her by the lawyers that hired him/her to get this dirt for the divorce case. This is my opinion and not facts.

• 278. Damn, that Heather Locklear sure must be dangerous!!! It took how many cops to contain her wildness? Good thing they used the cuffs. Thank goodness L.A. is such a low-crime, peaceful city that they could spare the men in blue. Just think of the stories they can tell of their heroism back at the station.

• 281. Who the heck cares... about a diamond... a baby bump... a cop taking pics... her age... when the REAL issue is that she was behind the wheel, driving a car -- while clearly quite impaired????? I don't care if it's legal or not, prescription or not, Heather was not in control when she was driving... having the "good housekeeping seal" of a prescription from a doctor does NOT make it OK. I hope this situation wakes her up to the very REAL problem that she needs to face... which has NOTHING to do with diamond rings or how she looks without makeup --- but has EVERYTHING to do with DRUG ABUSE. • 282. Maybe... situations like this one... will start to show the public the true DANGERS of prescription drugs!!!! People think, "if my doctor prescribes it, then it's safe" -- HA!!!! Most docs know LITTLE of addiction... especially when the patient is abusing the drug - taking MORE than is prescribed. No way Heather got this stoned taking the medication AS prescribed -- this is clearly ABUSE. Besides, ain't no way I'm trusting my doctor to know what's best for me... I trust my gut first...

• 285. It's sad she's having these problems and I hope she is able to sort her issues out but her beauty just dropped significantly to me due to her smoking. WHY do these beautiful women in Hollywood smoke? Disgusting!
