13. Heather did not appear to be s000 intoxicated that she could not walk, talk or drive. Shis holding her head back. Being drunk, that would make a person unsteady and unable to hold the pose without falling over. It is not excusable to drink while under the influence but TV and Movie Stars especially are targeted. She was not wearing torn jeans, either, as TMZ shows in one of the shots of her diamond ring. I hope this is the first and last time Heather is arrested. From what we know of her, she is a decent gal and very generous. I wish her well and hope she hires the best of counsel.

14. Heather is a very sweet and talented actress that has been dealt some cruel blows by the males in her life. I have worked with her over an eight week period in 100 degree heat on a difficult, low budget shoot. She was always upbeat, knew her lines and a delight to work with. She will bounce back and be better than ever I just know it. I'm guessing she had a bad prescription drug reaction because she's not a reckless person.
