• 34. I feel so bad for her. I got a DUI. it sucks... It was 10 years ago but still remember it well. I hope she can get some help or just stay home to get high.DEnise Richards started all of this she would still be married to Richie Sambora... Good Luck Honey!

• 35. Heather looks pregnant....is she? There are a couple belly shots, however the profile shot (alongside the red car) she appears to have a five month preggo belly. If she's smoking and pregnant, that's most unfortunate for both Heather and the baby.

• 40. Heather is just another girl like you and me, or whoever. I don't think she can be held legally for DUI if she was not driving. Looks to me like she was out walking about and in a store shopping before CHP showed? I mean, what the hell? That one poster said they wouldn't be surprised if the P-razi did call Five-0 in the first place, claiming to be a 'resident' then took all these pics and had a real seller on his hands. Those paps are just evil busybodies that ought to be physically kicked in the balls when they invade someone's privacy like this. I tell ya, I was glad that time Britney S ran over that one's foot - he wouldn't get the hell out of her way....God if I was a star in LA and had to deal with this, I'd have a badass with me at all times ready to kick any one of their asses, regardless. And Heather aint a bitch, you are. Sounds like your dad is a better human being than you are. You'll get yours in this world of karma. She happens to be another human being who deserves the same benefit of the doubt as any other. Prove her guilty first! Don't assume cause of these Razi pics. You obviously are the judge, jury, and executioner. God help you. There are so many haters in this world that it is just unbelievable. IF heather wasn't driving, when these chips showed up, then she can and WILL get out of a DWI. I hope she makes a full comeback from this particular ordeal just to slap you haters in the face!

• 43. Heather did not appear to be s000 intoxicated that she could not walk, talk or drive. Shis holding her head back. Being drunk, that would make a person unsteady and unable to hold the pose without falling over. It is not excusable to drink while under the influence but TV and Movie Stars especially are targeted. She was not wearing torn jeans, either, as TMZ shows in one of the shots of her diamond ring. I hope this is the first and last time Heather is arrested. From what we know of her, she is a decent gal and very generous. I wish her well and hope she hires the best of counsel.

• 44. Heather is a very sweet and talented actress that has been dealt some cruel blows by the males in her life. I have worked with her over an eight week period in 100 degree heat on a difficult, low budget shoot. She was always upbeat, knew her lines and a delight to work with. She will bounce back and be better than ever I just know it. I'm guessing she had a bad prescription drug reaction because she's not a reckless person.
