2. I always worry about drunk drivers all of the time. I hope that my life is never again effected by a driver that has had too much to drink.However, I feel bad for her. When a person allows themself to get in this position (though it is their fault)they are obviously going through something. If this is a problem for her, then I sincerly hope that she gets help. Hopefully before someone gets hurt or she does. I wish her well.

The close up picture of the so called engagement ring was not taken at the time of the arrest, the close up of the ring shows her hand resting on BLUE jeans that aretorn at the knee, and it's very clear she is wearing BLACK pants without any tears in them during the arrest. Somebody's being sneaky at TMZ or not double checking their sources......

6. For those of you who say she looks great and you wish you looked like her...are you on crack?? She look hideous! Her gut is sticking out and her latest stunt with surgery has obviously not worked out for her. She look terrible. I just dont get why these actress's just cant age gracefully. I suppose in Heather's case when you drink alot it takes its toll on your appearance. She thought surgery would help???!!!! 7. Im glad Im not a celebrity, Ive never seen such hate mail as ive been reading lately. At least give her a chance to see if it is street drugs or perscription drugs or what. I believe Doctors are to blame for a lot of the problems, they are too free with perscription drugs, and some people just cant handle them. If she wasnt in her car when arrested, I dont understand how she can be charged with driving under the influence. Dont they have to catch her actually driving? I believe she should lose her license, and not be allowed to drive for sure. Innocent people dont deserve to be mowed down no matter what influence people are under, but this harsh, viscious attitude that is in these posts is so hard to take. What ever happened to empathy? Maybe you all like to just vent, and dont really mean all this stuff, but if she reads it later, it cant help but hurt her more.

8. Well, I see that people think its easy being famous. I would have no clue about that. These people live ther lives sheilded from the general public. Yes, its not right to drink and drive, but .08 is nothing 1 beer would do that to her. Here is a little tib bit for you idiots out there you have the legal and subjective standard of being under the influence. The subjective is you are below you state legal level for intoxication, but are influenced enough to still be arrested. I am not a lawyer, come on STOP BEING A HATER! SHE IS HOT AT 50.... Those officers would feel the same pressure to arrest her and may even feel more likly to arrest because of the profile of the person..... GET A LIFE!
