1. it is so awful what the press and the lapd can do to a woman who clearly has her own problems.and who does not have them?well i guess you give up your private life for the gift of celebrity.why doesen't the lapd walk thru downtown los angeles?and take a look around.you going to arrest everyone you suspect might be on some type of substance?heather locklear was clearly not driving her car and was walking on the street.police cellphone pics.come on time to cash in.this is not fair.

2. Were I to be going through a "tough time" like this chick, which I never ever have through my own stupid actions, I'd be dealt with way more harshly. So please don't lay that crap on me or anyone else. She's psycho and coked up, and that's that. Let her rot in prison for a few years with the rest of you miscreants and tell us all about it.

9. So CHP has to call backup for this 'dangerous' arrest? I thought they were supposed to call a female officer when searching & handcuffing? But it looks like this arrest was their moment in the spotlight, not about Heather's decency or civil rights. I hope they got the officer's good side in his blatant photos that should be used against HIM!

10. The CHP could have cleared her after she passed the breathalyzer and let her call a friend and go. That kind of warning does help. Instead, they clearly took advantage of her 'celebrity', took unprofessional gotcha photos (see the officer actually look at the cell camera and smile) and milk the arrest. A personal embarrassment is bad enough, but when those who are supposed to serve and protect EXPLOIT, they should be reprimanded. We've all had a rough patch in life; hang in there, Heather.

11. The poor dumd a** cops who arrested her have no common sense. The DUI thing is a way for making money, and a feather in the cops Smokey The Bear Hat. Who are the cops "protecting and serving? Thenselves!

12. P.S. Who cares she has a little belly??? She's almost 50!! We can all only hope to look that good. The last I heard, smoking is still legal. WAKE UP PEOPLE, Heather is a real human not Cinderella, you don't know her personal life, only what the media feeds to you.... If they told you Earth was flat, you would probably spend all of your life looking for the edge....

13. So many convictions without evidence. First of all, it didn't happen in LA. She wasn't drunk, she passed that test. Her drug test takes days, sometimes up to 2 weeks for results. If she passed the BAC and the police were questioning her mentality, why wasn't she taken to a hospital. I don't see an EMT in any of the photos. However, there is a motorcycle cop taking a picture with his cell phone, see photo #12. Amazing he takes pictures, again, with a cell phone, for personal use while on duty. The picture of her ring. Photo #5, where did that come from? She's not wearing blue jeans in any of the arrest pictures!! Why does she look normal in some pictures and really messed up in the arrest pictures? Looks like a setup to me. Someone probably slipped her some dope,followed her around then got the ulimate pictures of her arrest. Just my thoughts. Why else would there be so many (different)pictures?? I hope her lawyer notices.

14. Come on TMZ, leave her alone. She is going thru a tough time and needs words of kindness. She is and always will be a beautiful woman and I still think she is a class act! Hang in there Heather!!!
