1. That officer isn't taking a pivture with his cellphone, that is the breathalizer he is reading. Is that the California Highway Patrol? If so they are a very professional group, well done for taking trash off the street. Now we need you to enforce the illegal aliens coming across the border in my neck of the woods-San Clemente.

2. It is very sad. It is obvious that she is pretty stoned on painkillers or valium. I hope she can get past this.

8. SAME ON YOU TMZ. As for these photo's of her arrest, they probley all came from that same cop. So much for serve and protect. As police officers, they did neither for her. She probley did need to be taken of the road for all of our saftey, but that was quit a show the cops but on.

10. Why would anyone stick up for her? Look at her. She is having a baby, smoking, and God knows what else. She gets arrested and the cop should be fired? That makes since. It shows the cop has no life, but I would not fire him, big deal, he took some photos. Go to the internet and see all the photos of her nude you want, when she actually looked young and hot, not old and wasted. While you are looking that up look up how many people are killed each years by ass holes like her who care about nobody, not even her unborn baby.

11. I agreed with people wondering if a Paparazzi did call this one in and maybe some of the other celebrities that seem to be favorites. I guess if a doctor prescribes you a drug that you can't drive while taking, your insurance should pay for all your taxi rides!
